Michael has worked as a photographer for over 35 years, covering significant events in China, Africa, Iran, The Middle East and South-East Asia. His work has been featured in dozens of magazines including National Geographic Magazine, Newsweek, Life, Time, Sports Illustrated and The London Observer. For this work, he has received a number of awards. There have been 10 books published about his work including a book about People Photography, How to Photograph People. Michael has been conducting International Photo Workshops for over twenty years. He also holds a PhD in Documentary Photography.

MONTEVIDEO
From the expansive Rambla along the Rio de Plata to its vibrant street art, there is plenty to choose from to photograph. We will even see if they are already rehearsing for the Colours of Carnival, which spans over a month in this city.
Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry, and for the past 5 years, has facilitated and escorted photographic workshops. He is now using his love of photography and contacts worldwide to further develop itineraries for these workshops. He will get you to amazing locations, with precision planning, so you can immerse yourself in the practice of photography.
